Energy: hopeful snail? How I want to feel in daily life is the more helpful measurement for me, too. Thank you again for the un-workbook and your fresh take on year-end reviews, Mel. I especially enjoyed creating my black-out poem.
Greetings from another frigid area! Winter is good for all that. I like the concept of what you want to be instead of do. In some ways they are closely linked but it is very positive. And thanks for the un-work book! There's much food for thought there.
I feel like I've been shoveling snow for days....oh, wait! I *have* been shoveling snow for days!! :D.
The being and the doing are very much linked....but there's a subtle difference that I think helps to avoid the trap of getting sucked into the making of lofty goals for the sake of the goal, rather than what might ultimately be more nourishing in the long-term.
Hello M, this was such an enjoyable start to my morning - thank you! Contrarian, yes. Snail, yes. Chocolate, yes. Energy, shape shifting between bald eagle 🦅 and some sort of oceanic single-celled organism. x.j
Thankyou Melanie. I am loving this exercise. Happy New Year !
Thank *you* Beth...I'm so glad you're finding it helpful. Happy new year to you, too! :) xo
